At Mini Carnations, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Due to health and safety standards, opened consumable products (coffee beans, syrups, purees, frappes, iced teas, etc.) cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or partially used consumable products.

• Items purchased on sale or promotion.

• Gift cards or vouchers.
